Join the MidSouth Road Runners for a week of fun, fellowship, and RV living at The Ridge Outdoor Resort! We’ve secured a block of 25 RV sites for our group at a special rally rate. Come reconnect with friends, make new ones, and enjoy the beauty of Tennessee while relaxing in style.
Whether you’re arriving early, staying late, or just here for rally week, you’ll be part of a welcoming community that celebrates the RV lifestyle.
💲 Rally Rates
- RV Sites: $89.99 + tax per night
- Discount Nights: Special rate honored 4 days before and 4 days after rally dates
Reservations are available from our rally block and will be released back to the resort if not reserved:
- First Release Date: February 17, 2026
- Final Release Date: March 1, 2026
A deposit equal to the first night’s stay is required when booking. Balance due 7 days prior to arrival.
💲 Shows
We’re excited to announce that we’re planning two great shows during our trip to Pigeon Forge:
- The Comedy Barn – April 19th at 7:00 PM
- Hatfield & McCoy’s Dinner Show – April 20, 2026 (includes dinner)
The total cost is $98.00 per person for both shows combined. This price includes all taxes, tips, and fees — no surprises.
If you plan to attend, please submit your payment as soon as possible so we can finalize our group reservations.

- Members must book directly from the rally site block.
- All reservations lock 7 days prior to arrival – no changes or refunds after this date.
- Unreserved sites will be released 30 days before arrival.
- Site assignments must be finalized 20 days prior to arrival.
- Make sure you call the campground for your reservation
⏰ Check-In & Policies
- Check-In: 12:00 pm
- Check-Out: 11:00 am
- Early check-in/late checkout may be available within 24 hours of arrival for $25 + tax.
- Quiet Hours: 11:00 pm – 8:00 am
Cancellation Policy
- Full rally cancellation: Refund minus $150 admin fee if canceled at least 90 days prior
- Individual site cancellations: No refund within 8 days of arrival; reservations are locked 7 days prior
